Therapy is an investment, and you deserve clear information about cost before deciding how to move forward.
Session Rates
50-minute sessions are $250.
Longer sessions, intensives, and deep-dive sessions are available on a limited basis and offered at a prorated rate.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance - I am considered and out-of-network provider.
Some clients are able to use out-of-network benefits to help offset the cost of therapy. If this is something you’d like to explore, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request.
