My fee is $200 per 50-minute session. I also offer longer EMDR or deep-dive sessions at a prorated rate for clients who want more spacious time to process.

I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. I am happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Some PPO plans do reimburse for out-of-network therapy, but each plan is different. I suggest giving your insurer a quick call to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. I’m happy to help you navigate what to ask and help clarify anything along the way.
