I am an EMDR and trauma-focused therapist, specializing in supporting high-performing, self-aware women.
I have the privilege of working with women who have often done therapy before and are ready to go beyond insight, toward deeper, lasting change.

EMDR is an evidence-based treatment for trauma. It helps your nervous system do what it naturally wants to do: heal.
Together, we work with memories, beliefs, and experiences that still feel heavy or overwhelming, allowing them to soften and integrate in a safe, contained, and often deeply relieving way.

I often use Inner Child work and Internal Family Systems to help clients make sense of different parts of themselves that show up in response to stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.
This approach allows us to approach those parts with curiosity and compassion, making space for understanding, relief, and healing.

When anxiety, trauma, or stress take over, it can feel impossible to feel safe in your own body or mind.
Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice that can help you build that internal safety by developing awareness, compassion, and steadiness in the present moment.
I use mindfulness to help clients feel safer within themselves, relate differently to difficult emotions, and experience life more fully.
I am passionate about helping women move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or “not good enough,” toward a life of joy, clarity, and presence.
I love my work - it is an absolute honor to sit with women as they discover, heal, and grow toward a version of themselves that is safe and free.

I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, chronic stress, and burnout.
Many women I work with worry that their experiences are “too much,” “too intense,” or too complicated to bring into therapy.
